IN THE FORM OF CORRECTION THEIR IS NO OPTION AVAILABLE TO CHANGE THE STATUS.
YOU ARE REQUESTED TO GUIDE US ABOUT THE PROCEDURE TO CHANGE THE STATUS.

There is no option and no way to change this mistake in PAN card, you may select the Trust status while filing the return but I think new validation rules may not allow you to file the return. You can surrender this PAN and can apply for a new one with correct option
