I started my articleship on 13th jan 2014 as direct entry student and my tenure mentioned and actual was till 13th oct 2014. I gave november both the groups and need to continue my articleship with a new principal. So my 9 months will be counted in my 3 years of articleship? And do have to fill new form or have to take transfer? As two months i wasnt registered and working does it affect anything ? And is it like in these 3 years i have to clear ipcc both groups with my articleship? Thank you in advance.
I have not completed gmcs1 yet and imy CA Final is due on May 2015. What will b the consequences if i do till march 2015 as now i m having my cs final exams.

my commencement date of Articleship is 21st Oct. 2013. i filled form 102 and 103 on 20th October 2014 and form 109 on 19th October 2014 (just before completion of 1st year)for transfer under a new firm but i could not submit the forms.
now what should i do.
would i have to answer to institute for delay.
Further in case of forms downloaded, should i need to submit my old ID card or buy a new card.
my CA has written comments in form-108 that I m very unprofessional and misbehaving guy does it will have any effect should i such submit form or not
I had joined article on 17th Oct 2012.
I was infected with maleria so i had not gone to office.
My principle terminated on the ground that i am not joining the office and not told him that i am on leave.
I have completed 1.5 years of articleship
He send hard copy of termination with form no 109 for extention of 6. months
What are option with me.
He send the document on 13 Sept 2014 today. even after 2 months. i have not received any termination letter from institute.
Hello I got terminated from articleship on 09/07/2014 and didn't re-register till date..will it effect ca final attempt which was due in NOv 2016?? Wil it get postponed?

After termination of my articles I have re-registered my articles with my current employer from 10/07/2014 through form 103 and form 109. Now recently I accessed SIRC site to download my article registration letter but I failed to generate it. I mailed the query to srobos@icai .in an got reply that my principal has no vacancy to take me as article. It seems that the period from 10/7/2014 to 16/12/2014 i remained un registered as article. What should I do now? Pls help
