16 December 2014 Hi,
Can I serve my articleship extension in another firm in another city? Is it allowed by ICAI?
If I have my form 108 with excess leaves
and I want to serve those excess leaves in a new firm then what procedure do I have to follow?
Do I have to fill Form 103 again in the new firm?

17 December 2014 1. Yes you can serve the extension period in any CA firm. It is NOT necessary to serve the extension period in the same firm.

2. You will have to register as an article for the balance period.
