I am currently undergoing through articleship training & also pursuing CS course, for which I already submitted form 112. In december 2019 I am applied for B.COM.(as a private student not regular), should i need to submit Form 112 again, & how because on ICAI SSP portal there is no option of submitting form 112 two times.
Please reply it's urgent.
I Naveen Kumar, a B.Com Student had attempted CPT old syllabus in november 2017 but I could not Qualify in the exam and Failed in it.
As in 2017, they announced new syllabus for CA Foundation, I decided to do Inter CA Direct Entry Scheme after comleting my B.Com Course.
But, I had a backlog subject in my 3rd semester B.Com (Second Year) for which I wrote a re-exam in my 5th semester B.Com (Final Year) but could not clear it. Now I am worried that I need to wait for another 6 months to write re-exam for my 3rd Semester Backlog paper. So should I attempt for new syllabus CA Foundation Course in these 6 months or should I wait for 6 months to write re-exam for my 3rd Semester Backlog paper and then apply for Inter CA Direct Entry after receiving my degree certificate
Is it compulsory to undergo with Advanced ITT and MCS training for the students who are converted from old course to new course of CA Final?

Are the signatures of the person under whom we are undergoing ca articleship required on the form 112 before getting it stamped by icai or the signatures of the student and principal of the college enough? Also plzz let me know, are we required to fill the page of recommendation of the employer in the form?
I have completed 1 year 4 months and 9 days of article training under one principal and after taking transfer completed the remaining period of 1 year 7months and 22 days under a new principle on 25th Feb 2020.
While filling form 108, I am faced with the problem of submitting report of work experience. My entire period of working including leaves under both principals amounts to 136 weeks. So should my work experience report in form 108 cover the entire period of 136 weeks or 78 weeks served under the new principal post transfer. Please guide...
What should be the no of days of leaves taken for students who have taken transfer during the period of articleship. Should it be cumulative leaves under old and new principals or only leaves taken under new principal since the period served under current principal is auto populated in form 108 on SSP portal.
I have completed my articleship on 25.12.2019 and i have submitted my FORM 108 online through SSP portal .I have taken excess leaves during my articleship of 22 days so I had submitted my FORM 107 online without stamp paper by mistaken then the mail has been received from institute that FRANKIN NOT DONE then from time i am trying to submit my FORM 107 along with stamp duty but status is still saved and i have also posted documents to ICAI H.O. KANPUR but no response has been received from there . Please consider my issue as soon as possible it is very urgent for me.

As per rule 25(2) of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 any one the document is enough out of the documents mentioned in Clause a,b,c,d of rule 25(2)
or
all the documents should be enclosed ?
