I filed online exam form of ca final which going to held in May 2015 on 19-Feb-2015 but hard copy not filed upto today.

By mistake i opted the column that

IPCC: Serving the last 6 months of articleship training (including excess leave, if any) as on 1st May, 2015

but i had completed 3 years of articleship (including excessive leave) on 02-Feb- 2015.
Please i kindly request u to tell me ...how would i correct it?

Please suggest me at the earliest.

I have completed 1.5 years an Articleship at ca firm, and I have passed Both Group of IPCC. Now, I want to take break for TWO years for pursue MBA course with management School. So, what are procedure to do so after 2 year I will continue my Articleship.

Office is conducting Health Workshop & Etiquitte Workshop ( 1 hr for each and it is one time payment)
Do I need to deduct tds on it?
It is not a professional fees as both are proprietor and it is just like a lecture for 1 hr.

Sir, I am doing my articleship in Nagpur,Maharashtra and its my 2nd year of articleship. My registration date of articleship is 28/08/2013.

Now i want transfer from my firm as there is no practical exposer as i want. My principle is also ready to give me transfer.
What valid reason i can give to ICAI for transfer?
As I have to go to Other city for Articleship & CA Final Classes Classes.
Please advice me.Its Urgent sir

Signature of member required on the copy of the articles completion letter received from icai?? I applied for may 15 final exams. took signature on 2nd page beside student signature & photograph.

There is no provision for signature of member in certificate of service page for those who completed articles, it only contains student signature.
I'm attaching a copy of my articles completion letter received from icai, is it also required to be signed by member? when I asked him to sign on it, he said its not needed.
Pls help me as I want to submit my form today.

When articleship of 3 years is completed and there is excess leaves for let say 40 days, Can article serve or complete the excess period under any other CA firm other than whom he had completed his articleship.

I converted from IPCC to Direct Entry Scheme. I have not got my IPC Direct Entry Registration Letter. On contacting ICAI, I was told tht my registration has been done.

Now I have to send Form 103.

Q.1 Is it necessary to enclose the copy of registration letter with form 103?

Q.2 Will my Registration number remain the same or it will be different?

Hello everyone.
My articleship completes on 20th february 2015 and I have got 4 months extension which Iam going to serve at my current employer.
My query is as follows:
- which form do I have to submit first? Form 107 or form 108?
- do I have to submit form 108 again after I complete my extension period?

Please reply fast. Its urgent.
