Break in articleship

19 February 2015 Dear Sir / Madam,

I have completed 1.5 years an Articleship at ca firm, and I have passed Both Group of IPCC. Now, I want to take break for TWO years for pursue MBA course with management School. So, what are procedure to do so after 2 year I will continue my Articleship.

19 February 2015 u need to file form 108 for termiation of training and submit to icai within 30 days of signing.

19 February 2015 termination is not possible because of articleship is completed more than year.

19 February 2015 even for discontinuing u need to file form 108

19 February 2015 but here i want to say that i can treat this 2 yrs break as leave and after complete my MBA i will complete my articleship for remaining period...
