Termination of articleship after on year

20 February 2015 I am a CA Inter student,passed IPCC Gr-I and in the second year of articleship. But now I want to terminate my articleship as I don't want to pursue the CA course further because I want to prepare for CAT and pursue MBA.

Will I get approval for termination from ICAI on this ground ? And what is the procedure for the same ?

20 February 2015 you must file form 108 with icai for terminating the same

20 February 2015 But i think form 108 is filled when the 3 year term of articleship is completed.?? Wheras i have completed only 1 year nd 1 month of training only.

20 February 2015 termination means to stop or complete ur training and u can ask the regional chapter of icai
