Articleship completed and excess leaves

18 February 2015 When articleship of 3 years is completed and there is excess leaves for let say 40 days, Can article serve or complete the excess period under any other CA firm other than whom he had completed his articleship.

19 February 2015 Sir after executing Form 102 and form 103 for excess leave with new CA
can we have to again execute form 108 for such period serves as excess leave with new CA and sent these form to Regional office

19 February 2015 u new to file form 102 n 103 for serving extended period and then when u complete extended period file 108
