19 February 2015 can any amendment came in the definition of small company after introduction of companies act 2013?? plz tell me the definition of small company.....

19 February 2015 1. For definition of small company please see section 2 (85) of the Companies Acct,1956.

2. For amendment in the above definition, please see MCA order dated 13- 02- 2015. The amendment reads as follows.
in section 2 in clause (85), in sub-clause (i), for the word "OR' occurring at the end, the word "AND" shall be substituted.
