Iam ca final (new course)student. Please tell me books that i should refer . Ihave passed my PE II in Nov 2007, please tell me from when i should start my preperations for finals.

Was CPT introduced to pour in more number of student by increasing number of times in year and giving very simple result ?

dear sir,
i'll be starting my articleship from 1 march. since the firm in which i have joined does not have vacancy, they asked me to register under another ca & after 6 months when vacancy will be created the will register me their firm. doing this won't be problem acc to the icai rule.plz suggest.

SIR, one of my friend is an articled clerk in a CA firm, he wants to take transfer from that firm,but his employer is not willing to give him transfer. He does not like to continue there because there he is not given any audit assignments,instead they have sent him as temporary staff to some private bank from past 6 months and insisting to work for another one year . while other articled clerks are given audit assignments he was given such kind of work.Now he doesnot know what to do sir.please reply to this query as early as possible.can he take any action againsrt legally against such CA.

SIR, ONE OF MY FRIEND IS WORKING IN A
CA FIRM AS AN ARTICLED CLERK. HE IS NOT INTERESTED IN CONTINUING THERE. HE WANTS TO TAKE TRANSFER FROM THAT FIRM NOW, BUT HIS EMPLOYER IS NOT WILLING TO GIVE HIM TRANSFER, NOW WHAT HE SHOULD DO SIR?. HE IS NOT WILLING TO WORK THERE BECAUSE IN THAT FIRM THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN HIM ANY AUDIT ASSIGNMENT INSTEAD, THEY HAVE SENT HIM FOR A PRIVATE BANK AS AN TEMPORARY STAFF FROM PAST 6 MONTHS,THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO RELIEVE HIM FROM THAT JOB, TILL ANOTHER 6 ANOTHER SIX MONTHS . Sir, One of my friend who is a CA. Final Student is undergoing articleship under a Qualified CA at present.

Now, that CA - the employer, is leaving up his practice and going into a JOB.

Whehther in such circumstances, that article under him can be trnasferred / registered under any body by way of generation of Addl. Vacancy ?

Does this results into availing a additional vacancy for those CAs who's limit for training Articles is full, otherwise ?

I will be taking my exams in may 2009
