02 March 2008 my attempt is in may 2009. pl. tell me should i refer so many books or just 1author is suficn.

03 March 2008 BY STUDYING DIFFERENT AUTHOR BOOK WILL CREATE CONFUSION ONLY ,THEREFORE IT IS BETTER TO STUDY ONE AUTHOR BOOK.

03 March 2008 Hi Priyanka,

Cover the study materials issued by ICAI, den try to complete suggested answers of 2~3 years. Go through RTP and Compilations issued by ICAI.

For Income Tax/Direct Tax , Indirect Taxes , Auditing you can refer any one author's Book.

Reading too much of books will confuse you.

If have time go through Scanners which will help you in scorring good marks.

03 March 2008 Ms Priyanka, studying or referring to many books is not a soultion to get confidence. If the subject is clear u may answer questions raised from any corner of the book. so i would advise u to get confidence in the subject.
