I have my CA Final Exam due in November 08.I am going on Leave from 5th July 08 and i effectively have 3.5 Months in hand.
Please suggest me short route to study to the point for Exams so that i can clear in 1st attempt.
Due to personal reasons i left my job late.

In income tax act htere is a provision that co's return is to be filed with signatures of managing or any other director.but it is generally seen that CFO been signing all the returns .I just want to know that whether there is any other circular authorising CFO to sign on behalf of directors .

Actually my employer has not paid any tds till the due date .now I want to file my incomre tax return .suggest me the way that i can prove the deduction of tds .or if file my return without tds details at what amount should i pay tax

i canot leave my job which is MON to FRD due to financial problesm

if any one have passed pe2 in nov 2007 he can appear in final in may 2008(see latest update on ICAI website. provided he started his articleship in april 2008 or before.practicaly students star in february

I registered for ca final during october 2007 under new scheme, as per the rules i was told that i will take ca final exam after 2.5 years of Articleship, but as per new notification we have been told that we can take our exam after 2 years. now Tell me as per this information whether i am eligible to take nov 2009 exam.

hi......i cleared my cpt in nov2007 and preparing for pcc and also doing b.com (regular)...my problem is that.. my college timings r from AM 9:00 to PM1:00 and after that i go for articleship....but ICAI has introduced this new rule(a.ship timings should be between 11 to 5)..plz suggest what do i do???

Hi all! I am appearing for pe II group I in Nov, 2008. I cleared group II in first attempt, but I lost group I in aggregate. This Nov, i need to pass group I. Does anyone have the notes of AS as well as AAS....... if so, plz mail me at suryakala_ou@yahoo.co.in.
