13 June 2008 hello sir
i am not able to cope with the subject preparation for nov 2008 final.i am not confident about the language in law.i jus want you to give some plan for time management

14 June 2008 In law u can just tried to keep key point in mind and in exam described the same in ur language.In exam examiner checked ur ability to recall the main point in the particular sec. etc.

17 June 2008 Yes tarun is very right. you need not to remember Sections, case laws. Its enough if you remeber the Key points.
In case laws you can just go through Judgement.
You can also wipe out some topics which are not of prime importance( ABC analysis).

Above are suggestions only soits upto you either to follow them or not.

23 June 2008 Just make concept clear and nothing more you dnt have enough time to remember all sections, cases etc.
