I completed my PE-II & CCT, I want to do my articles - BUT

I am working in an Audit Firm, it is in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania, East Africa. In this Audit firm one of partner is FCA.

i want to know if chartered accountant practising in abroad(i.e. Tanzania, East Africa) is it possible to do articles here.

please guide me ... i don't want to discontinue my CA Studies

what is the accounting treatment of following items

1.forex difference of principal amount of loan taken for purchase of fixed assets

2.forex difference of interest on above loan

I've COMPLETED MY 3 YEARS ARTICLESHIP AND APPEARED THE THEN INTERMEDIATE EXAMINATION IN 2 ATTEMPTS.

AFTER GETTING A JOB IN THE BANK I DISCONTINUED THE COURSE.

AFTER SOME YEARS, I APPEARED PE-II EXAM IN ONE ATTEMPT BY USING MY COURSE COMPLETION CERTIFICATE OF INTERMEDIATE EXAMNATIONS. THE INSTITUTE ALLOWED ME TO APPEAR PE-II EXAM.

TILL NOW I HAVEN'T COMPLETED CA PE-II EXAMS.

NOW I WANT TO CONTINUE THE COURSE.

1) SHALL I RE-REGISTER MY NAME FOR PCC? 2) IF SO, SHALL I ATTEND THE COMPTER TRAINING?
3) SHALL I REJOIN THE ARTICLESHIPSHIP?
4) SHALL I PASS THE CPA EXAMS TO RE-REGISTER MY NAME?

PLEASE GUIDE ME TO CONTINUE THE COURSE...

I want to enquire about ITT Training.
I am leaving in Rohini & it is not possible for me to do up & down daily to sahadra for ITT TRAINING.
Pls provide me some information in this regard that whether we can do it in near Rohini.
Also I want to know abt ITT exam. When it occur & wat all requirement is there for it.

I am presently serving as an articled assistant in Delhi. I wanna move back to my home town due to health problems..Earlier also i have taken 2 transfers.. Is there any new regulations or rules for transfer...?? How many transfers can I take during my articleship??? pl. reply... Its urgent

Is it compulosry to take stipend cheques and is there any provision to send the bank statement in order to get the eligibilty for examination. Please clarify me at the earliest.

CASE

Due to Fault of the Firm, the Final attempt of the any Article get postponed to the next attempt(means Article can appear in May Attempt but Due to the Fault of Firm His/Her attempt got delayed and He/She can only appear in next attempt( November) then whats the Provision and announcement related that case.
