I have taken transfer from my Principal.

But he has not given credit for leaves taken for ITT training.

Is there any way I can avail credit of the excess leaves he has shown in my transfer form.

Please reply if any one knows the solution.

I'm a PE2 passed student. In respect of my query whether articleship registration from 1st November will cause a delay of 6 months to my first attempt of final exams, One of the experts has replied that there won't be any delay as I'll be completing 2 yrs on 31st October. But I've also received a message from another CA which says that articleship registration must be completed by 31st October. This has confused and worried me. Could anyone please give me correct information regarding this.

How our principals will be calculating the leave while preparing the form to b sent after exam.Is it 1/7 th of actual period served proportionately?If that be the criteria many of us wil be having excess leave no?Suppose a situation we are not taking any more leaves..But if we put it like excess leave comparing 1/7 th of actual served period as the eligibilty,and we r not taking any more leaves ,then what abt the leave eligiblity for the reamaining period of service?Or is there anythng like 135 days / 140 days for the whole year service like that?

At time of physical stock taking , it was that actual stock level was different from clerical or computer records. What can be the possible reasons for such differences? How to deal with such differences?

What r the points that distinguish Perpetual inventory & continuous stock taking?

I'm a PE II passed student.I've started my articleship from 23rd October but I've bought stamp dated November1 2008. My query is if my articleship registration commences from 1st November will it cause a delay of six month to my first attempt of final exams? I have read somewhere that it should be up to 31st October. Could you please clear my doubts.

i'm a CA final student, il be eligible to write my final exam in nov 2010, i've taken CS also and my CS inter exam is on june 2009,
i'm quite sure il get a rank if i study for 6 months for CS inter, and i've gone through CA final syllabus i find it very vast,
i'm very much confused whether to start CA final preparation or wait till june 2009 till the CS inter gets over??
does having CA and CS certificate makes difference?

i have been registered with institute for articleship w.e.f. 17-02-2006
then i took transfer w.e.f. 30-06-2008 & got re-registration w.e.f. 7-08-2008.
in my new reg. form im was intimated by the institute that i had taken excess leave of 20 days & intimated that articleship of 7months & 20 days is pending.

so for how many days i have to apply for extension ?
what is the procedure?
if i can clarify with ICAI at which no. i should make call.
