IS IT NECESSARY FOR EVERY PRACTISING PROPRIETARY CA FIRM TO HAVE A REGISTRATION NO.? SECONDLY IF THERE IF NO REGISTRATION NO. OF THE PROPRIETARY FIRM,IS ARTICLESHIP DONE IN SUCH A CA FIRM CONSIDERED VALID??

many thanks for your rply... yes i also had the same impression dat il be eligible to appear on may 2010, as all my friend who cleard with me will be appearing on may 2010, but i have only one query then y the registration letter which i have recevied fr, inst. says that il have to complete twon and half year of articleship for appearing to ca final.
do i need to ask a clarification fr dis or it is implied or may be this is the mistake on their part.
plz help me in this.

can a ca final articled clerk can become an insurance adviser in ltd company like bajaj alliance while articleship? i.e. are code of conducts of ca institute restricts articles for performing such job?

i joined in pcc now and my attempt is in 2010 may. i am interested to do any other course with this also.can anyone please suggest me any course with this pcc. I completed graduation in Science (MPC).

my friends told me to do MBA at symbiosis through correspondence. i need information about this course. how the course in symbiosis, will it be normal or very hard.

I m PCC student. I have appered for my first PCC attempt For Nov 2008.I want to know the last date for FINAL registration for appered in Nov 2010.

Are the Days required for the below mentioned Training during the Articleship reckoned as Leave Taken by an Articled Clerk ?

1. ITT Training
2. GMCS Training.

I am going to appear in may 2009 for PCC.
I registered my self for 100hrs IT training for August batch. the ITT is not yet confirmed.My many friends are also facing the same problem.

so i just want to ask that is there any provisons available in Chartered Accountant Act, 1949 so that we can do ITT after appearing in PCC may 2009?
