i am doing articleship in chennai tnagr .... for the past 3 months i joined training from 1 of sep 08... simultaneously iam doing mba also in distance education .... i asked my auditor for providng me leave for my mba exams but he refused to give me leave...so i wish to terminate from tnagar firm, but my auditor is not willing to sign form 109 for termination .... how to solve this?? how can i quit and join other firm.... please provide me necessary details regarding termination of articleship and moreover what is transfer of articleship &what is the difference between termination and transfer????????

I have passed my CPT in JULY 2008 and have complected 5 months of article ship. My query is can i shift to the new scheme?
IF yes can my present article ship period be taken credit in the new scheme......
please guide me.....

I have almost completed 10 months of articled training . So,will I get any exemtion of training period I had already completed if I switch over to IPCC at this time.And how long will it take to Complete CA final exam if I switch over to IPCC at this time after taking into account of the training period.

I would Iike to know the difference between IPCC and PCC . Which will be better to opt for. What are those pros and cons for opting IPCC.
As for me, I am currently doing my articled training and almost completed 10 months and my first attempt for PCC falls on November 2009. Is it possilble to switch over to IPCC by November,2009 if I cannot pass any group of PCC Exam.

MY ARTICLESHIP IS STARTED ON 04/10/2006 IHAD PASSED 1GROUP OF pcc IN MAY 2008 AND IF I PASSED ANOTHER GROUP IN NOV 2008 WHEN I WILL GET MY FIRST ATTEMPT FOR SETTING IN FINAL EXAMINATION.
