i have joined my atricleship traininig from september 2,,but in december 3 i have terminate from my ongoing firm ,,,during these period of three month i have taken a leave of one month, now till now i haven't found any article ship training ...and my attempt is on may 2010,,do i be eligble to appear in may attempt,, if not what should i do plz ans this question...

I have passed CA Final in May 08. During my articleship(Sep'05 - Sep'08), I had pursued M.Com through distance education. I passed M.Com in July 2007. I did not take permission from Institute by submitting Form No.112 for studying M.Com.
Whether I should submit it now along with condonation fee? Please clarify keeping in view the latest announcement regarding Form.112

Is there any time limit to submit Form 112 for students who are pursuing an additional course other than CA..

I appeared for PCC in November 2008 , but I am not quite sure I am going to clear it , I have been a good student through out my life ,and had put in lot of efforts too , I think the result would come down on me and shatter me and I wont be able to study the same thing again .
Please tell me what to do ?

sir it is neccessary that ca shall leave students after 15 th month of traning so that he can prepare for her exams . my traning stats from 15 th oct 2007 ends on 14th jan 2009 im taking leave of 40 days . plaese tell can i take more leave to prepare my exams . my exams is in may 2009

dear sir, I had completed my articleship training (from 13/04/07 to 13/08/08)including leave of 90 days for my various exams and I was eligible for the November 2008 PCC exams but due to some technical problems i could'nt sit for my exams and after that i left going to article ship and after a few days when I reached to my CA (on 10th january 2009) he was angry about that the fact and he is now not willing to singn in the examination form for the May 2009 exams.He is now saying to take transfer and he is only keen to give a ertificate of service for the "net period served" and nothing more than that. and if i accept that i would'nt be able to give exams in may 2009 also please suggest some remedy . and also suggest that could i switch on to new IPCC course
