13 January 2009 Hello i m an articleship student & wanted to know that whether our CA has a right to keep us stay in office till 8 at night b cooz we have studies also , due to this articleship studies gets so much disturbed ?

13 January 2009 NO.... ur employer donot have any right to make u stay in the office till 8pm everyday.... total hours u need to work is 35 hours a week....if it is crossing that limit then u hv a right to complaint against that.
