I am currently doing my industrial trainee in a company. My articleship is expiring on 7th April 2009. Can u tell me the forms which i need to submit to CA Institute?
Also i have taken excess leave under my previous employer where i was doing my articleship. Can i serve my excess leave in this organisation where i am doing my industrial trainee? Which forms i need to file for excess leave and do i need to file form 105 (certificate of completion of industrial trainee) again for excess leave served or the one to be filed by now for completion of industrial training will be enough?
Also i need to know whether doing industrial trainee from a very reputed organisation helps in the final placement even though this will be my third attempt in June 09 (IInd Group). I cleared my first group in first attempt in May 08 but couln't clear IInd group in Nov 08.

I want to take transfer from my existing firm to another firm as i am not happy with my work here.Its been 8 months since my articleship started.Can i take transfer?

i had taken my transfer from my firm on 15thmarch but not yet deposited the filled and signed form to ICAI..i just wan to know that will my termination be accepted as i havent deposited yet..i m now confussed whether to deposit or again beg my ca to let me allow to join his firm..plzzz help.

In the light of the new regulations can a student take termination for industrial training. Industrial training is permitted in the last 12 months only. If yes what is the procedure to be followed?

hii frnzzz.... hav passed my cpt in dec 2008... am thinking to appear my ipcc both groups in may 2010.....
so ... if any amendments are made in respect of service tax, vat or income tax in april 2010 financial bill....... wat i hav to follow the amended rules or dat of for d year 09-10...... b coz i will b having less time to prepare as per new rules .... wat to do..?????
