how can i get transfer in the same city, delhi to delhi?
Is transfer in the same city possible on the basis of adequate reason?
My reason is better firm , more exposure, better work quality, so tell isnt it a reasonable reason?

I hope based on new guidelines transfer is not allowed within the same city without proper reasons. The above may not be a proper reason.

Dear Ankit,
There is a way out rite nw.
If your principal is ready to give you a transfer then you can go for it and the date on form 109 should be a date prior to the date of the new announement of ICAI on study matters i.e. 27.03.2009.
Take a back dated transfer and join the new firm in Delhi itself. You wont have to give any reasons. The only condition is that your current principal should be ready to do so. The time is less, cos you have only 30 days to submit form 109 to institute from the date mentioned on transfer form. Think over it.
