Should an ATM Machine be classified under Other Plant & Machineries eligible for depreciation @ 15% or Computer eligible for depreciation rate @ 60%?

Dear all,

I want to know that, when court has given a order to pay rent to the land lord and there is nothing mentioned whether TDS is deductable from the said payment or not, then whteher TDS will be deducted from payment or not. also please tell me that whether TDS is deductable on service tax charged by the landlord on rent.

can ne one give suggestion for mafa
to me?

sir my doubt is that sometimes we consider administrative expenses for the purpose of calculation of stock of finished goods but sometimes not..

my doubt is regarding qn illustration 5 & 6 of page no 7.20 of pcc book

please tell me teh reason

I am in CA Final old course...
am I allowed 135 days or 156 days as exam leaves...
pls. clarify in detail.. adn send me the link to the ICAI's website showing the rules in detail...
I can only find for new course.. and not for old...

i wud like to serve my rest of the 12 months in industrial traing..bt as per the new anouncement on 27/03/09 there has been some ristrictions on taking transfers plzz gudie as im have to take t/f fr undertaking industrial traings.n will it violate any norms set aside by icai..plz do respond at ur earliest

i have a doubt relaetd to formation of company.. i hv uploaded Form1,18,32 AND HAVE GOT D documents correctd.. Now when i scan the correctd documents and convert into pdf using PDF CREATOR, and attach it to Form 67, the size exceeds 2.6MB.
when i scan in black & white, the franking details cannot be seen..
pl guide frnds....
