hope u all r fyn..
i have a doubt relaetd to formation of company.. i hv uploaded Form1,18,32 AND HAVE GOT D documents correctd.. Now when i scan the correctd documents and convert into pdf using PDF CREATOR, and attach it to Form 67, the size exceeds 2.6MB.
when i scan in black & white, the franking details cannot be seen..
pl guide frnds....

07 April 2009 Reduce the size of the scanned documents ie delete all unwanted space in each page which is possible. And also scan the franking fee paid bill as additional document. Then the size of the file will get reduced. Further reduce the DPI resolution which will reduce much space.

07 April 2009 While taking the prinout or while saving the fonts are saved as bold or draft mode. This is called as dpi resolution. If you have given bold or printing mode kept at very dark it will occumy mb. Therefore it should be kept to the minimum. Because after downloading they can increse the dpi as they like.
