i had taken a transfer om 24th march 09'(before the new rules were announced)..
iv submitted the form in april...
had a query that will it accepted.. as my date of tranfer and re-registration under another CA is before 27th march..ie. the date of the new notification...

I WANT TO KNOW WHICH BOOKS FOR PCC, I SHOULD REFER FOR ALL SUBJECT SO THAT CAN ACHIVE MY GOAL.

I cleared CA foundation in the year 2001, then gave two attempts of Inter till 2003 November. thereafter i left it . Now can I sit for Inter Exams by any chance ?

I am a PCC pass student, My articleship will get over on 22nd october 2010, I would like to know that can I give my final exam in May/June 2010.

I had taken a transfer on 25/03/2009 but have still not submitted the form no.109 and form 102,103 of new principal.So can I do that now or not?

i am appering for PE-II from last two years but not yet cleared. I am also doing job in CA firm from last three years, due to office i am not able to concentrate on study , so that i am not yet cleared.I am getting payment of Rs.15000/- P.M & my boss is not agree for giving me leave for exam.Now this June.09 is my last attempts.
So plz tell me whether i should leave the job or with job i should study hard.

Sir i m joining ss kothari for my training i m a ca final student. my attempt is due in nov.10 i hv told that i have to do training till march next year without taking any coaching. if i go for this option will it be possible to get rank in 6 months. i was rankholder in both pe-1 and pe-11. and i want to continue in final as well. what kind of exposure i can get there. what ranking does ss kothari bears. how much beneficial it for me to do training in this firm. pls suggest in detail.

Hello to all,
one of our client running a coaching instituation for 8th, 9th & 10th classes. their stand is that services provided to 8th & 9th Satadard is not taxable only service provided to 10th is taxable.
by plain reading of the material on the same service it is not so clear to me.
So, I request you all to take a little effort to solve my query.
