I want to ask that my freind has completed 15 months articleship and she will be appearing for pcc thiis november.She want leave from now to study and also there is some family problem.She want to resume her articleship after nov.but her principal wants to give her termination.So what she can do as intercity transfer has also been restricted.(URGENT)

pls let me know the next attempt is novmber or december for c.a.final

i have just given my ca final exam. and my articleship is also about to complete in next month.
The problem is that, i am now following new signeture from last year for filling all required forms to institute including current (i.e. June 2009) ca final exam, and they have accepted it too (since they have scanned it and printed the same).

But the signeture with which i have registered as an Articled Clerk is different from my current new signeture.

So i am in a confusion, which signeture should i use while filling Articleship completion certificate and application for membership??

I want to tell u that, i want to follow my NEW SIGNETURE ONLY.. So can i continue with the new one?? ELSE WHAT?

I have sent form '109' to the institute regarding my articleship transfer from vizag to Hyd on april 2nd 2009.
Now the problem is that i din't get any confirmation letter from the institute till now.
Now can i send form '102' & '103' for Re registration or shall i wait for the confirmation letter from the institute?
Please help me in solving my problem...

Kindly let me know whether the PII June 2009 was the last attempt of PII course?? and if Yes then what is the proceedure for conversion of PII to PCC or IPPC ? and i also want to know whether i will have to give CPT exam or not ?
