plz somebody guide me over to my prob
my situation is quite pathetic ,actually i am working as a trainee in a ca firm which do not allow time for coaching classes .
&i am not able to devote much time at my home on my studies .now another prob is which all authors book to follow for self study point of view, how to allocate time to study & what should be my plans .

i will be previeleged if any one of u show some interest to my problem .

The student one who wish to attend exam should submit his answersheets before 31st august for december exam.Is this compulsory one?

One of my friend told that if we got more than 30 marks in each subject we need not to submit the answersheet.

Is this true?

insted of buying from the institute the form 109 (meant for termination)can we instead download it from the net and take print and thereafter produce it to the chapter for official stamp.

Is the aforementioned process is valid.

If a student has registered for CPT in July 2008, did not answer CPT exam in Dec 2008 but answering in June 2009 how many CPT attempts does he get ?

As per latest notification transfer of articles has been banned . but according to it if our parents has been transfered to a place which is 50 kms away from the present place of training then we are eligible to get our form no. 109 accepted.

Recently I Have scanned the transfer orders of my father & sent it through e-mail & post to the President of ICAI .

But till now I have not got any favourable response .


i am very confused what to do now? plz advice me.

Can any one tell me whether ICAI has given any format for Article Work Diary to be maintained by all students? Also I want to ask you all whether it is mandatory to submit the work diary to ICAI every year of articleship?

I came to know that a candidate can appear only once in cpt be it paper-pencil or online. My doubt is - i have piad fee for June 28th CPT paper-pencil exam. after paying fee if i dont attend exam,will it be counted.will i loose eligibility for online cpt to be held in september 2009.

Please clarify.
