pl. inform me what is expected date for CA Final June 2009 results. Further is ther any possibility to extend examination dates insted of 1st Nov. for 2009 Nov.examinations due to late declaration of results for June 2009 Exams.

Can i convert from PCC to IPCC and take termination at a later stage i.e. suppose i convert in July, 2009, can i take termination in October or November..??

If an article wants to pursue the training at a PSU as Industrial Training in the last year of training and needs transfer in this regard. Can he do so after the strict announcement of ICAI of 27th March? What will be the procedures for transfer? Please reply it as soon as possible, because, it is very urgent.

I registered for CA inter on 1997 and completed Articleship as prescribed by the institute, though i have not appeared for any exam. later on 2008 i coverted into PE2 and appeared for group 1 and cleared the same in 1st attempt. appeared for group 2 in June 09, and waiting for the result. Kindly advice me, what is the option i having, if i could not clear the group 2

Optical fibre cables are used for telecommunication purposes. There are certain optical fibre cables used for medical purposes also such as instruments like endoscopy etc. Some type of optical fibre cables are used in mining industry for remote lighting.

Can anybody clarify which type of above cable would come under 85 and which under 90 ?

One of my friend has cleared first group of PE-II and now as all of us know that May-2009 was the last attempt For PE-II.
So I want to know what will be his future position? Will he be required to register afresh or appear for Second group?

first my house is at Arambagh,Paharganj since den i am registered in shadipur but two months back due to some family problems we were shifted to Buradi, nathupura chowk, one way distance b/w my home to office is more than 22kms. due to this i m not able to reach office in office timings my C.A.(principle)asked me to terminate articleship & registered somewhere near to home & he has no problem with this & he is ready to give me termination. Can i take termiation from them and be registered to somewhere near to my home.
