29 June 2009 Sir, my articleship about to complete by june 09. My principal paid stipend to me through account payee cheque mode. (But my friends are paid stipend through bank account) Now iam worried about the filing of Form no 108 which asks the bank account into which the stipend is deposited by the principal. What is the remedy available for it? Is there any alternative mode of payment of stipend?

My principal told me two alternative is there. But Iam still worried. Please clarify me about the filing of form no 108.

04 July 2009 when you were receiving the a/cpayee cheques... then the same must have been deposited in any of your bank accounts... so what's the problem.
