The student one who wish to attend exam should submit his answersheets before 31st august for december exam.Is this compulsory one?
One of my friend told that if we got more than 30 marks in each subject we need not to submit the answersheet.
Is this true?

regarding second question i can not understand, in which exam if we got more than 30 marks in each subject we need not to submit the answersheet ?
