I am one of article assistant. I have read Regulation 56(1) regarding Transfer/ Termination of articleship at our ICAI.ORG site.
Sir please suggest me is "Working Parents" criteria include following condition.
I'm totally dependent on my elder brother, reason for same " my principle paying me stipend as per our ICAI rule and that's so why i unable to bear my monthly expenses",who is currently working in Nashik as an Accountant, but recently he got job in Pune and he shifted to Pune.
That so because i want to take transfer of my articleship to other city.
Sir, can i take transfer on above criteria, If yes then please suggest me how to apply for same and what documentary proof should i submitted to ICAI.

Hi, I have a question for the Final Exam. I am left with both the groups of Final CA and I will be apprearing in Nov09 for one of the group in OLD syllabus. If I clear that group in Nov09 than what I have to do then for New Syllabus. Whoch group I have to give to clear my CA.

I am pusuing CS Executive Programme & my exam will be held in June 2010. Kindly request the Experts to advice on how to prepare for the same.

Can you please tell me whether there is any exemption for Service tax for English & Other Foreign languanges teaching Classes.
Is Englisg language comes under the defination of Other Foreign Language.

as i m CA Final Student.

I am going for leave for my CA final exam preprations.

1) my query is do i am entitled to get stipend for such leave period?
if yes then under which regulation of ca act?

2) if i have taken excess leave which is over and above the prescribed leave as per regulation which is 1/6 of period served then such leave is entitled for extension.
so can this extension be settled off against my overtime?
if yes then under which regulation of ca act?
