28 August 2009 This is Ruchi Nawathey from mumbai.
I have cleared my CA final in August 2009.
Currently i am pursuing industrial training in an organisation and the last 9 months of my articleship are remaining.
I wanted to know whether a transfer can be taken under industrial training for the balance period owing to the fact that transfer in articleship is banned. Whether transfer in articleship means the same as transfer in Industrial Training?

18 September 2009 There is no ban on transfer of articlship. The purpose of industrial training is to give the articled student exposure to how an industry operates and what goes on or in to show up in the final accounts.If u sre trying to hop step and jump please dont u may regret it later. Most CAs will attest to my advice.
