Transfer after 2yrs of Articleship

Hi, This is Manish Kumar, I hav a query, pls help me on this-very urgent 4 me.I am a PCC student.I have completed my 2 yrs of articles by this june & Continuing. Is there any possibility 2 take transfer of articles 4 me despite the regulations stipulated by the institute.Further I have not taken any tranefer yet. Pls help me out, its very imp 4 me. Thanks in advance, Manish

You may take a transfer on the grounds mentioned in the March 27, 2009 announcement viz medical grounds, shifting of parents.
