my principal has extended articlship for 2 months. i want to serve under other ca. so after filing form 108 do i need to wait for icai letter or just start under other ca. and what are the forms required to fill??

W.e.f 1.6.16 tds rates on commission is being reduced from 10% to 5%.

We pay commission on sales to our agents. For May months bill is received in June. Now if the bill of May sales is received in June' 2016 then tds will be deducted on 10% or 5%

Also confirm the tds rate of 5% on commission being paid on sales of our product

Hello sir/madam...Iam Rambabu..my s.s.c percentage is 90 and intermediate(M.E.C) percentage is 95.I have scored 153 marks in C.P.T.But I have passed group1 of C.A IPCC after 5 attempts..now I am also continuing b.com regular .presently iam in 3rd year of b.com...iam confused whether to join articles now and discontinue b.com or continue b.com and join articles after 1 year....please help me get out of this confusion....thanks in advaance

dear sir .. i am ansrng final exam in may 2017 ... should i start stdng financial reporting & audit ... as der will be no changes in this sub. in propsed new syllabus ... n i ansred ipcc grp 2 in may 16 n if i clear dis ... then i wl register final in old course or new course .... if propsed course is in applicable ??

Yesterday when i was checking ICAI website i came across one announcement regarding some revised standards in Auditing and Assurance subject and my attempt is due for Nov'16 and i want to know whether this announcement made in the month of MAY would be applicable for Nov'16 or not.

I have undergone 9 months training in one firm and the balance in another. My query is whether the excess leaves will be counted for the 3 years together or will it be counted separately for 9 months period And 2 years 3 months. In my case i have excess leaves for the first 9 months but in total it does not exceed 156, so do i have to go for extension.

I m in the 2nd yr of articleship..... I wanted to know that if by any reason(ex excess leaves) the auditor terminated his article student... In that case can the student join another audit firm for the fresh period of 3yrs....is der any possibility.can the auditor do so.....
