25 May 2016 my principal has extended articlship for 2 months. i want to serve under other ca. so after filing form 108 do i need to wait for icai letter or just start under other ca. and what are the forms required to fill??

25 May 2016 Form 102,103 are relevant forms,u may send these forms if u already joined no need to wait for icai letters

25 May 2016 my principal has extended my articlship for 60 days. so these 60 days include sundays or 60 days should be served excluding sundays.

25 May 2016 you need to file form 107.
Sundays and/or holidays are included in 60
It is customary to wait for ICAI letter because in most of the cases the calculation of excess leave goes haywire. And then again one may land up in making one more extention....vis a vis if you are sure about the calculation of 60 days, then you may serve the same before getting letter from ICAI. (Mind it very well 60 days does NOT mean 2 months)

26 May 2016 Form 107 only if you are interested to continue extension with your current employer

Form 103 if you want to do extension with other employer

27 May 2016 how many days will it take to get extension letter from icai.. as i m thinking to start after getting extention letter from icai

27 May 2016 15-20 days since they receive form 108( approximately)
