is there any easy way to learn icdr guidelines?

The Developer received booking amount from the Flat Holder of Rs. 100,000/- and Service Tax @2.757% of Rs. 2757/- and Service Tax deposited in Government Account. After six month the said Flat Holder cancel the Flat and Developer return Rs. 102757/- to the Flat Holder.

Now my question is.. Can the Developer take credit of Rs. 2757/-? Or What is the Effect on Account book?

This is with regard to non receipt of My Mrks Sheet of may 2010 PCC exam, in which i had scored an Exemption in Taxation.
As advised by ICAI Bangalore i called up the Delhi Branch on 011-39893989, but failed to get any responce, as no body answers the call.....Please somebody help...I am writing PCC exam in Nov 2010....

I have completed my 2months of articleship.Later i took termination from my principal.My total duration of the articleship is 3years.Now do i have serve for complete 3years OR 2years 10months? PLS REPLY AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.
