I have completed my articleship. and got my completion letter also from institute i.e. NOC......but my sir says that i have to go for 3 months more.....if i wont go now then can he take any action?
i have my Final exams so i want to prepare for that....so i dont want to go now....Can I?

I have cleared my pcc in this nov.10 & now m eligible for final .......n have to appear for final xam in nov.2011......but i have very less tym n m very much confused.........i want to ask a number of questions.........plz solve my queries......

1. i have to appear in nov 2011 ....should i give both groups or only one????

2. I want to know whether i should study from aditya jain's sir book or should i join his coaching??? (m from vns and eten & bright professionals is available for final coaching)...

3.I want to know from whose book i should prepare for IDT & DT????can i do self study or should i join Vinod Gupta's sir class???

4.finally i want to tell that i m doing my articleship ........so i want some help.....plz suggest me way to prepare well for my final exam.........

5. i want to know can anyone provide me cd's of final classes / notes of ca final (new course)???

please tell me what are the formalities to be done for completion of articles in pcc scheme of CA course..and form no. 108,119 are to be send at what address of ICAI.As on the ICAI website it is not prpoerly mentioned about the forms to be send at what address of the institute and not in the forms also...

hii, am really confused abt articles, whether to take taxation or auditing dept?? after CA i would like to take job..which dept shall i take? tax or auditing?

I have heard from my friends that the number of attempts to PCC have been made limited to 5, irrespective of attempt made or not. Two friends of mine 'received newsletter regarding this information'. Since neither did I get any such newsletter, nor did I get to see their newsletters as well, I did not believe them. Now, I am very afraid, since it is my 5th attempt (May 2011), and if I don't clear PCC in this attempt, I will not be allowed to appear in any further PCC exams, until I get a new registration, which would cost me Rs. 10000 at current date, or get my course converted to IPCC, which would also cost me substantial amount of money. Please clarify whether this news of 5 attempts of PCC is true or not?

I read in Chartered Accountants Journal that the stipends of articled assistants have just doubled from what they were earlier. Does it mean that from now on, we'll get double stipend?

Some queries regarding artileship:
1.What is the amount of Stipend during the period of Articleship?

2.By whom (I mean to say CA under whom Articleship is ging on ,ICAI or any govt. body)it is given?

3.Is CA under whom Articleship is going on will also gives some allowances?
