Regarding increase in monthly stipend

31 March 2011 I read in Chartered Accountants Journal that the stipends of articled assistants have just doubled from what they were earlier. Does it mean that from now on, we'll get double stipend?

01 April 2011 Still not got approved same, once it done then u can get double stipend..
