I want to join Industrial Training. I also got Industrial Training. But my Principal is not allowing to join it. Is his permission is required/Compulsory? The term of Institute guidelines is confusing. Mutual Agreement is Essense of joining of Industrial Training?

i have completed my training of 3 years on 21st april 2011 n submitted form 108 on 20th may 2011 but on 21st june i have received a letter from institute that i have taken excess leave of 23 days. I m continuing under the same CA since then.My result is due to come in this july only..What shall i do??

As per the new notification of the institute that the pcc course registration is valid only for 4 years ,a student who had cleared group second of pcc course during these 4 years,and
by chance have to re-register after expiry of 4 years ,then he/she has to give both the groups or only one group which is not cleared?
