Excess training period

i have completed my training of 3 years on 21st april 2011 n submitted form 108 on 20th may 2011 but on 21st june i have received a letter from institute that i have taken excess leave of 23 days. I m continuing under the same CA since then.My result is due to come in this july only..What shall i do??

if you are continuing your articleship with existing employer you have to submit form no.107 (download from above link)i.e. for supplementary articleship which is served if there is excess leave.
other informations are included in the form.
IF it is more then 150 days than institute can excuse on training
