I have a query in my mind that if i want to go to Dubai within a month for 2 years,evenif my extended part of Articleship is still remaining 3 months.
So, how can i complete my remaining articleship?
what may be the solution for the situation that my articeship not be affected advercely, study must be continue and exams can be given..

ME N MY BRO BOTH ARE DOING CA.IN MAY 2011 MY BRO. HAD HIS FIRST ATTEMPT OF CA FINAL SO HE TOOK LEAVE FROM 1/01/2011.
HE JOINED ARTICLESHIP ON 30/01/2009.
AS ON 1ST MAY 2011 HE HAVE COMPLETED 2 YEARS OF ARTICLESHIP.
ON 4TH APRIL MY FATHER GOT HART ATTACK N NOW HE IS NO MORE.
PRINCIPLE OF MY BRO. GAVE HIM SIGNATURE AT TIME OF FILLING EXAM FORM IN FEB2011 N NOW HE IS NOT ALLOWING MY BRO TO TERMINATE HIS ARTICLESHIP.IN ORDER TO EARN LIVELIHOOD FOR FAMILY MY BRO WANT TO TERMINATE HIS ARTICLESHIP NOW.
WHAT STEPS HE SHOULD TAKE?

Khanna n anandham or vinod kumar n associates which firm is better for articleship training? Vinod kumar ranking was 12 as compared to khanna n anandham which was ranked at 15 but it was 3 yrs ago. I am from gurgaon n vinod kumar n associates also hve office in gurgaon. Can anyone plz plz suggest me which firm to join? Pz reply its urgent.

Some other person (un known to me) has registered my PAN. Now please tell me how can I get my PAN under my control. I have never e-filed my return in previous years.

I just wany whether there is any alternative for claiming the exemption for articleship, like we have in ICWA or CS wherin we can claim exemption by having the relavent corporate experience.

Please share your ideas.
