i hav almost 4 months left 4 my IPCC exams both grps.. n hav to cover all d subjcts. n i just dont want to clear my marks, i want to get good marks also.. so pls can u tell me some good way to study or a schedule which i should follow..

My articleship is ending this November 2011. I have a extension of about 4-5 months. But i have worked for long hours in office. We also maintained a office dairy. I have recorded my office timings in the dairy. Now on calculation of total working hours my extension gets reduced to 1 month.
1. Now the main question is are working hours really counted in Articleship?
2. If Yes then is there a method presribed by ICAI for calculation of working hours?
3. Are there fields/columns in the Form for completion of Articleship?
4. Are full 24 hours to be counted as working hours in Outstation Audits?
There are lots of other questions as well. I request you all to please help me as this matter as we all know is very important to us.

I am bit confused right now for my career. I have 8 years of experience in book-keeping and since the starting of my career i only worked at Executive levels. As I have worked in big corporates i managed to get a package of Rs.4.50 lacs due to my stability and work experience but right now I am feeling very insecure about my future cos competition is increasing day by day and qualified professionals are there to work at lower salaries then why the company will keep us on higher salaries. As far as my qualification goes, I have done B.Com (Hons) from Delhi with 50% and PGDBA (Finance) from a Distance Learning Institute with 73%. Now I am thinking of upgrading myself and move higher on education of have a secured future.. basically I am planning to pursue CFA (from ICFAI) or CWA (though confused between them). I am already 30 years old, married and having a kid also. More or less i am inclined towards CWA program.. Will be grateful if I can get some great guidance. Thanks in advance

hello I have recently given my 2nd year bcom.h exams and will persue my third under graduation year from this year.

with that i also gave june 2011 cpt attempt n am waiting for its results.

i wanted to ask that whether i clear cpt or not, due to the new ammendment that graduates persuing their 3rd year can register for ipcc, will i still be able to register for ipcc not considering that whether i clear cpt or not.. ???
or is it neccessary that even after clearing 2nd year i still have to clear the already given cpt??

Is existing IPCC students who have finished 9 months of registration, are eligible to start articleship without passing either of the groups of IPCC?
