This is Govind Gupta. I have an Query which i want to confirm.
My Query is that
> my articleship was over on 02.04.2011 and
> the letter which i was received from ICAI for completion of training was containing excess leave of 89 days
> and for the above i have to submit form 107 with ICAI within 60 days i.e. upto 02.06.2011
> which i not filed.
> now i want to give Final Examination of Nov. 2011 for which i already submit online form.
> but on online form which i duly printed contain a Provision to be in service as on 01.11.2011 (including excess leaves)
> now want i do for that....?????
> i read somewhere from ICAI site that i have to file form 102 & 103 along with Non-Judicial Form for excessive leaves for 89 days to be in service again and then i am eligible for the exams held in Nov 2011.
> whether this provision is correct and if not kindly help me for the same....

I had started my articleship on 12/12/2007. I am a PCC student so my articleship ends on 11/06/2011 (3 & 1/2 years).
I've taken total 400 leaves in my total articleship period & my principal had deducted stipend for each and every leave i took, he has paid me stipend at the minimum rate as prescribed by ICAI.
I have my queries as follows:

1) How many excess leaves have i taken i.e. how many days my articleship will be extended?

2) Am i entitled to receive stipend for 180 days of leaves allowed by ICAI? If yes at what rate?

3) If my articleship is extended, I am entitled to stipend at what rate?

4) My principle has also marked absent for the intervening holidays between the exams, i.e. say for PCC exams if the total exam days are 11 days, then i've been marked present only for 6 days & a sunday(total 7 days). My Question is are all the 11 days to be marked present?

5) It is August'11 & I am still working with the same principle & doing my CA finals now, we have not yet filled any form for extension or termination or articleship. What do i Do?

I am not able to register for Online Registration for Nov-2011 exams of IPCC.
It shows
Registration No and DOB you have entered doesn't match with our records.However you may submit the details as PROVISIONAL CANDIDATE,
But it is right
Please tell me what should i do?

At present for new registration or for amendment in certificate of registration, it is necessary to file online application. But for this, we have to obtain user id and password from Service Tax Office. The request for obtaining the user id and password can be sent through website aces.gov.in. In response to this mail, system generate mail for user id and password and the same is sent on mail id. But while accessing this mail,the user id never appears. Instead of this only password appears. Whether this is system default or not. Please tell us how to solve this problem. At service tax office, all the officers say that the user id and password are already sent to you. But in fact we are not receiving the user id. What should be done in such situation.. Please advise.

Sir, I appeared for Group - 1 of IPCC exams in May 2011 and i got the marks as in A/c's - 67, Costing - 65, LAw - 45 & in Tax - 28; Now im preparing for Group - 2 subjects and Law & tax of Group1.
Now my query is how many marks should i get to get agregate marks in group1.Is my exemption marks 132 will be taken into account?i mean can i get 68marks to clear Group 1 or i have to secure agregate of 100 in remaining 2 subjects of group 1( i.e, Law & Tax).
And what is the aggregate marks to clear Group 2 of IPCC? it is 150 or 200?

currently i am doing ca pcc course and my articleship training is going to complete on january 2011. so after that if i want to do cs, then again should i go for practical training of 15 months after passing the executive program of cs?

please help me in this regard.
