i am ca student as well as cs.i have completed my b.com in may,2011 and subsequently i have registered in cs in may2011.i have filled form112 at the time of b.com I year.i will complete my training in starting feb,2012. Is it mandatory to file 112 form again for taking permission for cs

But i think CARO IS NOT APPLICABLE.

as there are 3 points for pvt. co.:
1. paidup cap+Reserve - 50 Lakh
2. Borrowing - 25 Lakh
3. Turnover - 5 Crore

But RTP SAYS:
1. paidup cap+Reserve - 50 Lakh
2. Borrowing - 10 Lakh
3. NOT ACCEPTED PUBLIC DEPOSITS

my problem is that ,i got started my articleship from a small firm in order to get my attempt due in may 2014, nd thought for getting transfer in big4 or any other good firm ,but now 5 months have been passed bt still i didnt get any call from any firn neither big4 nor any other medium sized firm
so i want to know what to do in such a situation as time is passing very fast nd i thnk remaining 7 months will also pass similarly ...
