What is Date of Deduction Of TDS?

The Case is-
Office Rent Of Rs.20000/- per month.

as per Agreement Rent is payable on or before 7th day of next month.

Actual Rent is paid on 15th of next month.

co.show there liability on last day of every month.as rent payable.

is there late deduction of TDs?

I am a B.Com final year student and preparing to appear CA CPT in Jun 2012. Being a B.Com graduate, is CA CPT mandatory to me before CA exams ? Even though if it is not mandatory, is there any irregularity to attend a CA CPT exam prior to CA exams? Kindly advice me

I am attempting for CA final May 12, however I am facing a problem regarding details to be filled for last apperance with regards to online application for exam. Actually I had filled exam form for Nov 11 for 2nd group(1st time) but was not able to appear for the exams. So what detail should I fill in the last selection column of "Last Appearance Details Of Final Exam" either failed or cancelled or should i leave it because mine result was not displayed

My query is regarding can i attempt module 2 first and then module 1of CS (EXECUTIVE PROGRAM) as i find myself comfortable with module 2. or is their any such rule that you need 2 attempt module 1 first n then module 2 plz reply

sir,I have complited my CA course.but i not take prior permission of m.com course. i cleared m.com pre. in 2010. after this i not attand m.com final exam.
I am also doing cs course along with ca & m.com.(non collegiates) form 112 filled by me for cs & grant permission.I join cs course in 2010.
so when i deposite membership form then a mail received from kanpur that with condonation fees 1000 take permission of m.com through 112 form. i have not showing cs in form 2 (membership form).
what should i do regarding this matter.
pls. tell me whats are the provision when a student join 2 other course along with ca.is this act cancel my training period.
but both other course are correspondence.
pls. its urgent so give ans. as soon as possible.
