Yes, accounting standard 22 is applicable to a individual and firm..

But we never seen that any proprietorship or Partnership firm create DTA/DTL

You would always read in there audit report that this report is SUBJECT to or the financial implication of AS is not considered.. please read through the main audit report and the notes..
