Can a closely held co. pay interest on share application money recd. by a director? The co. intends to neither allot shares nor return the application money for 6 years.

Urgent!! transfer - form 109

What are the documents required to be submitted with Form 109? and can we take the print out from CA website and fill and submit it to the regional CA institute? Will the date of transfer (w.e.f.) be counted in the articleship period. I worked on 12th and I will be going to the institute on 13th. so i m writing 12th. it will be counted at articleship period, wont it?
