I request you all to help me out in the following confusion I'm facing.
I have started my articleship in 2013 with one CA. After 4 months I took transfer and joined another firm immediately the next day but I was registered with ICAI after 3 months since there was no vacancy available under any partner in that firm. I was passionate to do in that firm so I waited for three months to get registered under the firm.

My question is whether we can consider that 3 months of work done under articleship period. I have total attendance record for that 3 months period I worked over there and the firm has also paid stipend for that 3 months. Due to this Im unnecessarily doing extra work for 3 months.

I completed my articalship of 1year 11 months and I want to take transfer 1.if my principal terminate me from articalship on reasons eg. i m taking excess leaves and anyother, than icai can approve the termination or not 2. if I take transfer on medical grounds like fracture that covers normally 100 days. is icai approve this for transfer 1st reason save my 3 months of articalship so I prefer that or suggest me something else for transfer

I have started ca articleship from april 2016 and i am in bcom final year. Now i have registered for cs executive in august 2016. I will give bcom final exams in april 2017. Can i go for cs executive june 2017 attempt?

I have registered for CA articleship during the period 1985 to 1988 and completed the articleship and cleared Group I of intermediate exam. After that I could not continue the studies. Now I wish to complete the studies. What is the procedure to be followed and Can I get any exemption for the group I have already cleared?

I want to clarify a doubt regarding Service Tax on Remittance from Foreign.

For. Mr.A remit to Mr.B(in India) for Rs.5 Lakh from UAE through Western Union Money Transfer.
In India M/s. DK Forex Pvt Ltd(Acting as an authorised agent) providing the service of arrange the cash to the customer Mr.B .
For that service the DK Forex getting some amount from Western Union & some amount from the customer.Whether both will come under Service Tax Laibility?
