Articalship Termination

I completed my articalship of 1year 11 months and I want to take transfer
1.if my principal terminate me from articalship on reasons eg. i m taking excess leaves and anyother, than icai can approve the termination or not
2. if I take transfer on medical grounds like fracture that covers normally 100 days. is icai approve this for transfer
1st reason save my 3 months of articalship so I prefer that
or suggest me something else for transfer

Dear Nishant for first reason, u r automatically terminated(no involvement of ICAI, if principal terminates u due to bad grounds), so u must need to search new principal for ur balance period Articles. Secondly u can take transfer only on valid reasons. Please visit the following link:-
