stipend transfer

Dear sir,
I have face problem regarding stipend which not paid by my principle to me.
I Have been take transfer from such principle with effect from 20 April 2016.Amount due of stipend as per regulations is 6000 which is due amount.
Can I claim to principle for such stipend.
Plz give me suggestions.

Yes U must ask ur principal for ur stipend. In case he/she denies(due to disingenuous reasons) U can complain to ICAI regarding that in written.

Please ask in a single msg. No need to ask the same thing multiple times. If u r right then u must file a complaint(to ICAI) regarding ur principal. And if u r guilty, then u must accept what ur principal say u.

Yes why not? If u have not received ur pay(stipend) then u can demand it from the principal(irrespective of u being in that firm or not).
