I have registered for CA articleship during the period 1985 to 1988 and completed the articleship and cleared Group I of intermediate exam. After that I could not continue the studies. Now I wish to complete the studies. What is the procedure to be followed and Can I get any exemption for the group I have already cleared?

my articalship is in a city with was apprx 38 km far from my home city . i have completed 1.5year of articalship. anyone tell me can i take transfer to home city. i am also suffering heath issue due to daily up and down. pls give me any solution

I want to clarify a doubt regarding Service Tax on Remittance from Foreign.

For. Mr.A remit to Mr.B(in India) for Rs.5 Lakh from UAE through Western Union Money Transfer.
In India M/s. DK Forex Pvt Ltd(Acting as an authorised agent) providing the service of arrange the cash to the customer Mr.B .
For that service the DK Forex getting some amount from Western Union & some amount from the customer.Whether both will come under Service Tax Laibility?
