I am in 1st year of Articleship And I Want transfer from My Current firm But my Boss Didnt Give me transferAccording to him reason is that 'he told me at the time of interview that i dont give transfer'. So now Suggest me solution about how to get transfer.

I got form 109 signed on 29-Sept-2016 with date of termination 15-Aug-2016, so i do need to pay Rs. 100 fine ?
As from the date of sign i still have 30 days.
Along with fine (if payable) if any other formalities are required, please mention.

1. whether to maintain receipt book for filling return?
2. Can he file return u/s 44AD?
3. What are the documents to be kept for the tution centre for the purpose of income tax?

What if franking date and article registration date are not same..means suppose i have started my articleship on 1 oct 2015 but franking date is 1 dec 2015...???

Is form 102 have to sent to icai institute ever means at the time of termination of articleship or not. Or it just between principle and article only..???
